Risk Disclosure

Trading crypto assets — and in future forex and stocks — carries a high level of risk. Read this before you trade.

Issued by Boss Traders Flow, Inc.

Boss Traders Flow, Inc., a Boss Family Holdings company, operates the Boss Traders Flow website, trading interfaces and APIs and issues this policy. While the platform is in its demo phase, no real funds are accepted or held.

Effective date: September 30, 2026

1. Market risk

Crypto asset prices are highly volatile and can fall sharply in minutes. You may lose some or all of the value of your positions.

2. Leverage and margin risk

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Under Unified Margin, losses on one position can reduce the collateral supporting your other positions. If your margin ratio falls, positions may be partially or fully liquidated according to the liquidation waterfall.

3. Collateral risk

Non-stablecoin collateral is valued with haircuts that can change. A fall in the value of your collateral reduces your available margin even if your open positions are unchanged.

4. Liquidity and execution risk

In fast markets, orders may fill at worse prices than expected (slippage), stop orders may trigger at prices away from the stop, and algorithmic orders (TWAP, VWAP, Iceberg) may not complete.

5. Technology risk

Outages, network congestion, API errors or third-party price feed issues can delay or prevent trading.

6. Regulatory risk

Laws governing crypto assets differ by country and can change, which may affect the availability of products or your ability to use the platform.

7. Demo trading

Results achieved with demo balances do not guarantee similar results with real funds. Real-money trading involves emotional and liquidity factors that simulations cannot capture.

8. No advice

Boss Traders Flow, Inc. does not provide investment advice. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are unsure.
