Boss Traders Flow, Inc., a Boss Family Holdings company, operates the Boss Traders Flow website, trading interfaces and APIs and issues this policy. While the platform is in its demo phase, no real funds are accepted or held.

1. Comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions

Boss Traders Flow, Inc. does not provide services to residents of, or persons located in:

Cuba
Iran
North Korea (DPRK)
Syria
The Crimea, so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine

2. Licensing restrictions

Additional countries may be restricted where Boss Traders Flow, Inc. does not hold the required licence or registration. Restrictions may differ by product (crypto, forex, stocks), and this page will be updated before real-money trading launches.

3. Sanctioned persons

We do not serve individuals or entities on applicable sanctions lists, regardless of where they are located.

4. VPNs and circumvention

Using a VPN or other tools to hide your location in order to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction breaches our Terms of Use and may result in account closure.
